That rear suspension seriously swallows up the whoops and landings. Nice build bro.

Yep, the suspension is awesome. MX Tech crushed it. Between the suspension and front brake, this bike handles like it's, well, not 20 years old! Thanks for the comment.

So how do you like riding the 125 2T compared to a fresh 250 2T?
@KincadePavich2 жыл бұрын
I have a soft spot for 125s. I absolutely love ripping on a 125. I think the fun factor is second to none. I certainly struggle with a 125 on steep and technical terrain, but in terrain like this video I love letting this thing scream. I feel like I have pretty good control of the powerband and can almost place the front wheel where I want it even better than on my 250. Need to do some lap time comparisons on my 125 versus my 250!

Nothing quite rips like an rm125 after a fresh rebuild I’m doing a frame up on a 94 and riding a 91 currently

That's badass, would love to see those bikes! This is undoubtedly my favorite chassis of the 125s I've owned now. Largely due to the suspension and brake upgrades, but I also love how narrow the bike is!
@braapingbrad90152 жыл бұрын
If you check out my channel the newest videos are of me riding the 91 I will post some pics of the bike on a stand as well!
@braapingbrad90152 жыл бұрын
As far the as the suspension and brakes i am pretty jealous definitely want to try the cr brake upgrade you did, usually just have the stock suspension rebuilt and than run that but that bike did look super smooth might have to save some pennies for the 94 and follow you on that suspension upgrade ! Looking into a fathead as well never tried a bike on race gas and high compression head
@KincadePavich2 жыл бұрын
@@braapingbrad9015 Brake upgrade is so nice. I got that brake for around $150 on eBay. I've had a lot of old 125s and having a strong front brake makes a huge difference. And of course this MX Tech suspension is just top notch, so happy to have them on board with this build. As for race gas, I actually plan to make a comparison video between the 2 domes and 91 pump gas versus race gas.

Being a owner of a rm250 makes me giddy like a mf seeing a fellow banana smoke crew member 💪🏽💪🏽✊🏾 Suzuki needs to stop playing and match ktm with big bore and small bore smokers again glad to hear and see any 2stroke being ridden on the pipe properly 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Would it or possible to put some sort of heat resistant clear coating on the covers to avoid boot rub ?
@KincadePavich2 жыл бұрын
I have used clear coat as well, but overall boots will get through anything eventually from my experience.
