Just in my opinion, think the reason that Jongup and Himchan (Himchan especially) don't have more lines singing-wise is that they (mainly Himchan) look extremely uncomfortable singing. Himchan looks way more comfortable rap-singing than he does sing-singing. And so does Jongup.

He does have a wonderful, smoky voice...but he's not trained enough in singing. I mean, he was off pitch quite often singing this. If TS is going to give Himchan (and JongUp, who's issue is more about breath and volume control than pitch, from what I hear in performances) more training. Which they really should, not fair for the two of them to sit back all the time.
