I just got an adrenaline rush watching him jump from the drums in the beginning of Give It All. He should do that when playing the song nowadays.

First time i ever saw them here in hometown Chicago in 2005,, they ended with Give It All and Tim jumped into the crowd when the song breaks at the end to finish the song in the crowd. Amazing

@Porrodorado at surface level it seems that way, because their musical composition isn't as fast and energetic as their old hardcore punk style. if you look at it deeper you will see their music has more energy and passion in the meaning

2005-2006 was a transition for them. It's like they stopped wanting to be raw and powerful, instead going for that lame mainstream hardcore sound. They died to me after 05.

@newspie rise against were good in both melodies and lyrics, now just keep the lyrics, I dont listen music only for his lyrics, before I liked their songs full of meaning and energy. now they just have boring and repetitive songs that not transmit anything to me. they have lost almost everything, they have lost their essence. and the current lives...i think they are horribles, I hear a tim without breath who dont want scream ... pffff

Ever since Chris left, this band has become just another mainstream "rock" band. It's sad because they made the best album ever: Revolutions Per Minute. Now, their setlist is SO predictable and the SAME EVERY time. They go back to Sufferer only. They only appeal to their radio fans now. Been listening since 2003 and this is just sad. I would do anything to see them like this.

This is the rise against that I miss. and @diabeticmonkey, you make no freakin sense. Mainstream hardcore sound? Yeah okay. Like that definetly exists. Mainstream and hardcore do not even mix well together.
