I'm a year late but It's the same 4 since 2007 when Zach Blair joined (the bald guitarist), and the other 3 were there from basically the beginning (the first year they shuffled around like 4 guitarists and a drummer, but Tim, Joe, and Brandon have all been there essentially from 1999/2000. If you're like me and ask this question about a lot of bands, most bands' Wikipedia page have a Band Member timeline near the bottom, right above the discography usually.

good band but the live vocals on this performance are fucking terrible. sorry, i do like this band. i am NOT trying to hate. but i am disappointed with this version, to say the least. i'll just stick to the album version. the vocals are an uncoordinated mess here. here, he sounds like a trapped boy, rather than a rasping and emotional guy like he does on album. what a shame.
