Marcus Porter Rise of Flight does allow for customization with little flags and scarfs, you can even use custom skins other players will see. As well as modifcations of multiple planes like extra guns, bigger calibers, and a multitude of optional cockpit tools such as lights and other meters

These things must have been flying in an alternate world, where gravity didn't have quite the same effect as it does here in ours. I mean, they come apart and descend SLOWLY! Lol it was about my only beef with IL-2, back when I played.
