i think if you move your screen fast enough to where the hidden troops are you can see them for a split secound

1:30 it actually works, but it may not work if you switch countries. For optimization game loads units when you see them for the first time. It takes some time for submarines to appear and then disappear, so if you haven't seen these submarines yet, you can see it for like half of a second. It also works with recently built submarines. And no, it hasn't been patched.

The submarine glitch is because if you are cross-world then the game isn't registering the other person's stuff until you're near it. That's why you can briefly see troops stack numbers if you move fast enough.

1:19 it is true but not when you move your camera (in general), it can work like this but usually what happens is that when submarines are finishes being built (by another non-allied nation), you can see them for a split second in a non-allied port

1:21 this is true, you can see the submarines for a split second if you move your camera at around a normal pace. In your recording your camera was basically spazzing out. However this bug may have been patched along with other bugs so who knows :)

Yes it happens but it is related to loading a chunk like when you join a server and one piece of the world is spawned but some take time to load so all u see is floating cities. If you haven’t moved ur camera to that area the glitch might occur. It is not about speed. 1:21
