Would be helpful to explain what's a boutique

If you don't already know, then this video probably isn't meant for you. (I'm not being facetious.) Frankly, I'm surprised FT's channel has hundreds of thousands of subscribers. There can't be _that_ many CEOs wasting company time on KZbin. Re: "boutique": think 'small, personal, and catered to high-worth/high-value clientele' (versus, e.g., the automated cattle-herding environment of a typical B of A branch). That's somewhat the intended connotation.

Daniel Steel pretentious comment. He prob means ft should differentiate between elite boutiques (Lazard, evercore, etc) and the others

@@danielsteel5251 I'm French, don't know every words/meanings in the English language. Thanks for the explanation. Btw "Boutique" is a French word meaning small-like street- corner shop.

@@geoffreyrolinjacquemyns1248 Fair enough. Apologies, if it seemed like I was jumping to conclusions. (I hedged with "probably" instead of "definitely" you'll notice.) *Heuristics can evolve with experience.* Based on my experience, I'm uncharitable toward Internet-strangers. It was as simple as that. No insults intended. And I'm happy if my explanation helped. Cheers to you.
