Loved hearing Terry for a change being interviewed, very honest and came from nothing which is humbling. I also have carried buckets of piss on building sites, labouring and more and it taught me to pish forward to better myself for sure. Funny talking about the clubs. Do you remember Echos under the Bow flyover? Back in the early days of rave. Were yardies there and all kinds, was pretty sketchy. 😅 I was also heavily into breakdance back in the day with a lump of lino and a ghetto blaster 😂
@terrystone7433 ай бұрын

I have this argument with my son about being able to have the piss ragged out of you. It's not only a good laugh, it's necessary. Since retiring from the Police, it's what I miss most. I had a similar trajectory and timeline to Terry, but went a different way. Enjoyed the clubs, but never did drugs. Joined the Army reserves, then the Police. Having the piss taken out of me, and taking the piss out of others is a great leveller. I count myself as sane because of it. By the way, rise of the footsoldier remains to this day my all time favourite film of all time. It's got everything, humour, drama, realistic relationships and a cracking storyline. The actors were brilliant, all of them. Even that bird from 'the only way is Essex!'

Hi Terry, I wanted to take a moment to express how much I enjoyed listening to your podcast interview with Liam Tuffs, where you shared your inspiring journey through different stages of your working life. From your humble beginnings at McDonald's, to selling tickets and organizing raves, and eventually pursuing a career in professional acting, your story resonated with me deeply. Your positive message, particularly for young people, is refreshing in a world dominated by social media. I believe your experiences make you an ideal candidate for giving motivational talks to young individuals from all walks of life. Keep up the great work! Best regards, James 👍

I remember going to a place called the institute digbeth for a drum and bass night the atmosphere was horrible people were smoking crack in there just a horrible experience i said to my mate lets go find somewhere else someone said go to wobble got in about 1am and had one of the best nights of my life and ended up in Coventry at a house party until Sunday morning.
