Remember to leave some chest until you’re a higher level so you can get better loot

@@Txqenio The treasure chests mainly. I didn't know myself til somebody mentioned it. Apparently the higher level you are the higher level the gear will be when looted. Thing is there's some really good gear in the treasure chests that if you pick them up will be quite beneficial to you while playing then so it's a tough choice to leave them til later when they would be beneficial to you picking up earlier. I think may be best to pick them up as you see them since there'll be more to pick up later as you progress along the story coinciding with you levelling up at the same time.

FYI: Twilight difficulty isn't the hardest difficulty. You unlock the hardest difficulty, called "Midnight", after beating the game once on any difficulty.

I played the whole game on normal and it was very challenging on the boss fights. I had to switch it to the easy difficulty for the final boss and it still took me like 10 times. It was brutal.

This game is FIRE. The problem is people go into it thinking its the next Sekiro or Nioh and it's not. It's more of Ghost of Tsushima with Team Ninja combat with a taste of Assassins Creed. Trust me that's not a bad thing.

@@loveliestfawnthe combat of Nioh 2 is fun but everything else is garbage such as the story, the enemies, bosses, conflicting buffs which result in extremely low build variety, looting mechanics that waste your time, boring mission environments, etc. I beat the depths with a stone of penance +9 and I can hardly call Nioh 2 a great game. Just an opinion so don’t get offended

I love this game I’ve been glued to it for 80 something hours now. Customization is dripping, but back to difficulty, the curve is ridiculous, starting out when you have no stances and no weapon proficiency, everything is a sweaty Boss Fight, but once you got those the game is almost too easy especially when you customize your controls. Embarrassingly I had to switch the difficulty to easy just to beat your Master at the beginning just to continue, but after that I switched it back and then it almost gets boring easy with still staying almost addictive fun.

I love the game and twilight feels like the right difficulty imo I’m still on my first play through but haven’t really had any trouble with a boss except the poison chick with the whip. She was awful

Addictive game for sure. I'm not getting all the bad reviews. I'm 50+ hours in & I'm getting better at combat. It's fun. I'm just confused about factions, because I sadly don't know much about Japan's history. I modeled my character on Samourai X/Rurouni Kenshin with the long red hairs and just joined the Shinsengumi in Kyoto. Not sure on what to do next, but I'm trying to follow the real History. The Politics of each factions is getting really thick towards the end and you have to decide which side you're on. Sadly, the graphics are un-polished and the PS5 is struggling to render the big war part in Kyoto. Something in the coding of the game's engine needs fixing to put it at the same level as Ubisoft AC latest games or Ghost of Tsushima, which remains the best graphics experience in the Samourai business. That said, I enjoy playing with all weapons' types instead of just a Katana. Mastering each weapons is crazy fun. Don't play on highest difficulty on your 1st game, because button mashing isn't the best way to enjoy the combat system & it's making things harder and unpleasant. Note: change your controls in the Options menu to suit your needs, bro. lolll!

The best combat style is one you unlock via defeating one of the secret bosses in the first area, they're marked by roped off trees, the Aisu Kage-ryu combat style.

Honestly bro it depends on the difficulty, they have different modes, and I played in all three and even tho easy is supposed to be easy you die pretty fast if your not on your p’s and q’s lol, but the combat is truly rewarding once you master it, and I highly recommend people who are used to challenging gameplay play on east then work there way up

Yeah I can block single attacks but when they do 70 hit combos and they expect you to parry every one or get stun locked it's a bit excessive.

Passing stranger who see this vid through recommended here. So about Blade Flash on 15:17. My guess is u never play Nioh so here to explain some stuff. Ki = stamina Blood guage is the gold bar on the bottom right on weapon slot. R1 to clean blood off the blade. The more blood that’s on your weapon (the higher the gauge) the more Ki you recover when you clean it. So essentially you’re just wasting stamina if you’re comboing and don’t clean the blood off mid combo.

The beginning of DD2 is amazing, but once I finished up my build for my character, and fighting the 20th ogre, the 20th drake, the 20th golem, the novelty kinda went down a lot.

The hardest difficulty is unlocked after you finish the game. Which is basically on tier with Nioh 2 DLC difficulties. Git gud at parry and you should be fine.

Makes me laugh that the reason an entire new genre of games became popular was due to their harsh difficulty and now those same games are making them easier to accomodate players who didnt help the genre grow in the first place. This should just be hard end of. Nioh is hard, fair but hard. Wo long was less fair at times but still hard. Dark Souls was hard Bloodbore, Sekiro etc all hard. Elden Ring is a walk in the park and this is a cakewalk. Stellar Blade putting them to shame, sticking to what a soulslike should be

Now imagine if Dark Souls had a Story Only mode 😟 would it have been as popular? Not a chance. Would it have given birth to a whole new genre and breed of games all trying to copy the formula? Not a chance either. 5 years ago, a lot of people didnt play soulslikes and now too many do - becuase they are becoming increasingly easier and easier - in turn breaking what made them so good to begin with

@@cartoonvideos5 Im a 36 year old man who provides a great life for his family actually, not sure where you get off making false assumptions about someone just coz you like games on easy mode 🤣 I am not saying ALL games should be like this, many games (shooters, sports, puzzle, action etc can all have various levels of difficulty) and thats fine. I wouldnt play a shooter on Legendary mode just to make things unnecesarily hard, I would play on Normal mode usually for a balanced experience. However, a Souls game or soulslike game SHOULD BE HARD that is the whole reason they became popular to begin with. I would make the same argument about that latest FF7 Rebirth. Another great example of a game that used to just be easy to start and increasingly got harder and harder as it went on with some ridiculously hard end game, optional bosses. Thats why people got hooked on them as they challenged them - find me any real FF fan who has never been stuck somewhere in one of the games, they wont exist. Now can just put on Story only mode 🤣.
