Rise of the Tomb Raider - Ways to Kill Konstantin

EDIT: I now have an Xbox One. This was filmed on the Xbox 360 version of the game, which is why the quality is bad, so don't yell at me :/. This is a video showing all the different finishing moves that Lara can use on Konstantin in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
I always thought the final boss of sorts in the game was interesting. You are presented with a choice that determines whether Lara is either compassionate and spares the life of her enemy, or kills him. You decide if Lara is a psychopath or a hero. You can choose to kill Konstantin by stabbing him with your knife, or walk away and let the floor under him collapse as he burns to death. However, you can also shoot him from afar, use your other weapons up close (equip them before pressing the Y button) and throw a can from the area at him to kill him. The latter only seems to work on the PC version though. I tried it here and he didn't die. You have to pick up a jar/can (that you throw to distract Konstantin) from the area before you attack him for the second time. Then pick it up when the choice is presented to you and throw it at him.
This is how I spent today playing RotTR. Enjoying it, PS4 players? I hope so. I really want to play Blood Ties and the other new content, but I don't have an Xbox One. sob

I hated this fight above any other boss fight in either game, including Baba Yaga and THAT is saying something. the sheer idiocy of the fact that he takes your bow and somehow all your weapons go with it, combined with the fact that you can pick axe him in the face 100 times and it wont do anything because he is somehow immune to damage unless you get him in the right shoulder blade.

Ummm..not to sound a dick but..i played this game on normal mode..and..i beat Konst first try..in like..20 seconds (no thats not a joke) Fight starts..jump on pillar--jump on konst roll away grab a can create "bomb" throw toward konst...run to him, hit Y dodge counter less second (dunno if this did more damage) ..he's dead

If you hold the 1 shot sniper in your hand and press the melee button, you shoot the sniper like an automatic ak47. The 1 shot sniper

At the start he taunts you and says come out and fight him and stop hiding in the shadows. He was hiding the whole time until Lara killed the deathless ones and then he came and took her weapons leaving her an unarmed woman. Only then was he brave enough to actually fight her 😂

She isnt a cold blooded murder but she is also smart and world wary. Letting him live would be a huge risk as he could survive and then would most certainly come after you and Johna. Sure he burned up and fell through a hole but he has proven to be immune to non stealth attacks so he is probably fine.

I walked away because I literally didnt care about Lara's dad AT ALL and konstantin trying to tell her how he died was just completely pointless. Like the game gave me no reason to care about her dad, I never thought that I should go find the divine source to prove her dad right I just wanted to find it so I could fucking kill ana lmao

It's a realism thing. The same thing happens when she gets wet and the wind blows her clothes will go frozen. Same with killing enemies all the blood turns her clothes red.

When you do it with the bolt actions rifle it looks like what he did with the automatic gun, but replace it with the bolt action. Ya it only holds one but you spray him in the chest fully automatic with the 1 shot bolt.xd

Yes,you can. But, in the first part of their fight, he freakin' stole all my weapons.... Ugh. I wasn't able to do anything,so i had to fight with the Y button. You can kill him in the first second you saw, but there is way less time. The good part in the 2nd method is that ypu still have your wapons. Hope this helped!

That’s the quickest way, unless you used the assault rifle. Any other gun is one hit and painless.
