Good morning! Rise & Shine is my newest video, a 15-minute movement sequence designed to get your body moving for your day ahead. You know how first thing in the morning it takes a few minutes (or longer) to really feel like your body is ready for the day ahead?
Rise & Shine helps to get you going!
Rise & Shine starts on the floor, gradually coaxing the body along, working toward active dynamic stretching movements. By the end of the 15 minutes, it feels like the rust has been shaken off and you are prepared for your day ahead. Yay!
