That was the best opening day I've had, for sure. Waited up top for the Jersey Cream drop, was 100% worth it. Got more creative after that on the next runs, but still tons of pow around for sure. We got to 7th early and skinned up from the bottom, so got to hit the groomers totally untouched, that was soooo good. Our last lap was around where your 7th ones were, you probably skied through our tracks, figured that side would get less people since you gotta walk further up. The snow was so light for the coast too, one of my best ski days for sure in terms of quality per run.

I have had 0 issues with the new driveshaft! I highly recommend it!

@@Nic-cr8hw My dude. Wifekin & I made the move out in '22 We're on the AB side close to Castle & Fernie. We had just started skiing again in Ontario. Usually 3 or 4 times a season. Drive to Tremblant, or Blue etc. Or fly out Westjet to Calgary and do the pow loop. Figured we'd cut out the middle man. We absolutely LOVE it. It's snowing balls outside my window, rite now. I was on Head Rev85 This will be the first year that I have 106. Believe me, get wider skis, and you will have an easier time advancing. It's been a blast, and we've skiied some real deep snow, it's still fun as hell on narrower skis, but it requires more effort, and the margins are slimmer. If it's deep enough those tips will wanna dive on you. I've done more than enough super-mans full double dismount, just because the snow was so abundant. Too fast on slim jims and you're going lawn dart mode. LoL Wife and I have skiied stuff that we'd have never dreamed of back east, but just ski alot, and the comfort level will increase. It's just as much about having a blast, and a frosty glass at the tip, as it is advancement. Don't worry, that will come with the fun. We're even beginning to think about some back country approaches, because we have some nice vert right outside our front & back doors.. You'll be in wonderland living in the mountains. Cheers!

@@Nic-cr8hw 95 is better than 85, put it that way. But when it snows, you're gonna want some float. You'll have enough days where the 95's will kill it for you, tho. Not every day is a knee-deep deal, but when it is, get your monies worth. You'll literally be able to spend the next several years exploring all the resorts, and all the rest of it. Summer is epic, too. If you're into hiking, quading, mtb, camping, fishing, hunting etc...Paradise.
