Nothing beats a mid week hike. Best way to do cardio... and drink a few beers!!

Wowzers, third peak trail seems like my kinda jam! Technical terrain, mixed with a stream down the middle- gorgeous! I was surprised to not see you rocking the poles on the uphill, any particular reason you keep them packed away during that time? Thanks for the incredible content once again! 🙏🏻

Hey Kevin! 2nd and 3rd peak trails are def the best! Since it is a relatively short hike I kept the poles strapped up to focus the workout more on my legs and balance. On longer trails I always run poles up and down!
