Thank you for putting DRC on the list. I just wanted to remind everyone - the River was named after the Kongo Empire that still stand today from our capital in Angola- we also have contributed to the world in History, and cultural - from the influence of JAZZ, Rumba and other type of music in Latin America- due to the influence of the Kongo slaves that were brought to those country - Actually 1/3 of DNA found in the American Diaspora found their roots in Congo - In addition, we have the most diversified ecosystem - we have Snow in the Hills of the Kivu - also we have the oldest National Park in Africa - Virunga park where you can find the mountains Gorilla and the unique Okapi only found in DRC. And with out mentioned, we have been first in a lot of thing - the first sub-Saharan African nation under Zaire to attend the World CUP - the first sub-Saharan African nation with our Miss Zaire - the first African Nation to host one of the biggest fight with Muhammad Ali - so Let just remind the world - DRC is more than just war , and its mineral - we have contributed and continue to leave Africa for something to be proud of heritage - Thank you so much again -

Thanks for uploading the video guys. I just found your channel two weeks ago by chance and was waiting for the next part. Out of all your videos this is my favorite series. I am looking forward for the one next week. I love hearing about Africa from an african perspective. As you mentioned in one video most people in the world have no idea about the diversity and richness in culture and knowledge in Africa. And people from outside of Africa who do have some knowledge usually tend to have a pretty biased and very limited view. So I like to hear a view from inside of the continent. Obviously these are just a few interesting facts and cannot tell even a fracture of the story, but it seems to me, that this is a good starting point and I already learned a bunch of things. Any other recomendations for a deeper view into specific countries or cultures are appreciated. Wish you guys a great day and best of luck for your work. Best regards from Austria, a small country in central Europe 😉

The kush Kingdom has always been part of Egyptians and the upper and lower egypt were united by the first Pharaoh Narmer. From the first to 18 Dynasty were all black and the mixture took place after that but still the pharaohs were all black up to 20 dinasty. Don't speak like the modern Egyptians trying to distort the true. The black people made those pyramids and there were no other race in Egypt apart from black people who come from the South of Africa (they wrote it on their papiros. Thanks for the great work, I am learning so much 🙏🏿🖤. I am from Guiné-Bissau 🇬🇼 love Africa 🌍 🖤 deeply. My first, unique, eternal and last love is and will always be Africa.
