I seriously can't get enough of the emotion he's been putting into his vocals lately. Anyone can write a song that's relatable but Chris goes out of his way to make sure we feel everything we are hearing. Definitely one of my favorite singers.

@bradleywilliams13236 жыл бұрын
logan bassist 2 songs on this album are slow. Just 2. the rest are the same breakdown, brutally honest and screamed lyrics like moths to flames we all love. I slept on this album. I just now listened to it and its been out for like 4 months now. So yeah definitely listen to the whole thing of you havent.

Post-Hardcore just got the best choruses. I don’t know how anyone can listen to like Classic Rock or something, while this exists. The melodies themselves are powerful and tell a story. Over-the-top Metalcore choruses are what keep me alive.

I started out with classic rock and country, they had their era, but this is what's up. Melodic hard hitting stuff is unbeatable imo

My number one is tied between new plague and dark divine but this song is great for them. It proves that they can do more than just breakdown. But the lyricism is always what has drawn me to them. The words behind the breakdowns and the way he delivers them bluntly and raw have always kept me hooked. He isnt afraid to make honest music about deceit, pain, guilt and selfishness. I love it and this album has definitely been a stepping stone to a right path for them.

Dark Divine is their best album, this is of their best songs, post hardcore LMTF > metalcore LMTH, everyone who disagrees needs to find new bands for their open note chugging fix. Their next album could out Underoath Underoath themselves if they continue along this path...we'll see in 2019.
@twilitsaenguani4856 жыл бұрын
I like how these guys evolved without writing another That's the Spirit like everyone else, especially Chris' growth as a vocalist, I get you're probably one of THOSE fans who only love their earlier work, but this hits just as hard...just a little differently. But it's whatever...you do you.

Assuming this video is still unlisted but has anyone noticed the dip in popularity between album #2 till now? What happened? Do people just want constant open note breakdowns from them?
@thekiminthenorth5046 жыл бұрын
Jason LovesABR but LMTF were never that popular.. it's not about breakdowns.. If you see their previous albums, hardly any non-singles hit 1M views.. This record was lyrically their best effort.. but who listens to lyrics? Some people judge whole album just on the basis of singles.. Even God has hell and skeletons I keep are my favourites from this album..
@jasonlovesmusicreacting8826 жыл бұрын
The Kim In The North Yeah, I know but still strange af to me how You Won't Be Missed to give an example has way more comments and views than any of their newer stuff. Totally agreed though.

Jason LovesABR Every metalcore/post hardcore band from 2010-12 has had a drop in views Sleeping with sirens, Memphis may fire, LMTF, we came as Romans, even a day to remember, and of mice and men have had a drop in views those couple years were the golden age every band was dropping their first or second album and wrote the shit that would be listened to a million of time now 6 years later they wanna grow as musicians and the listeners dont want to grow so that's on them not the bands people can just find another new band who just released their first open note breakdown album
