Thank God you guys are NOT ORIGINAL... 2 decades strong and still ORIGINAL ... The depth of this band's music resonates on so many different levels... A unmistakably pure voice, meaningful lyricism, Riffs/Beats that are both capable of soothing and/or seething one's emotions instantaneously... A sense of hearing is assaulted with more than just glorious sound but with overwhelming sensations deeply immersing you well beyond the point where you feel as though you are truly connecting to their work... Relevance in music is fleeting if you are "not original anymore". Doesn't seem to be a problem for these gentlemen... Sevendust - Genuinely, I thank you for what you've given, not only to me, but to the intangible dimension of the craft itself (nevertheless a living breathing organism ever-demanding progression) that we know as music

They’re good friends, they’re the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, they undoubtedly appreciate their fans and treat them like family. Aside from that, their live show is simply amazing, the connection with the crowd, the energy, there is something special there going on. I’ve brought people to see them that aren’t even into “heavy” music and they’re blown away, every time! 13 albums later and they still deliver the goods, they haven’t changed, they’ve evolved and stayed sevendust the whole time! I am lucky to be able to connect and hang out with my all time favorite band, they make themselves accessible and they make you feel, part of something, it’s a privilege that IMO few fans get to experience. This band stays incredible. Day 1 fan right here. I remember the advertisement in Hit Parader & Circus magazines in 98 that read "As heavy as Pantera, & as dynamic as Prong", b4 the first album came out. The add grabbed my attention right away & they have delivered ever since. I love this band.

Over 20 years of tunes these guys never disappoint, only thing disappointing is the lack of credit they’ve received.

I honestly cannot think of many other bands from the same era these guys began, that have managed to maintain success at the level of sevendust the whole time. Chevelle might be the only other group I can honestly think of, that has kept their relevancy to this day.

I'm from New Zealand and i love sevendust man! Metal head for life. Not original my favourite song for long road trips. Please sevendust never stop making music. You guys have a great purpose. Actually I play your songs at my church, they just don't know it yet hahahaha.!! God is good

"And when the well is dead and dry, I'll keep begging you to start a war." An incredible description of what our greedy egos constantly demand from our bodies in an attempt to only satiate more excitement. Something as brutal and deadly as armed warfare has a stature of less importance than the happiness of one single ego. At that point, warfare would only cause even more damage to an already destroyed and barren world, yet the ego couldn't care less... it only desires more and more lust for pleasure with no regard to potential consequences. Perhaps madness in the worst of us human beings have less of an ability to resist the un-ending call of the ego for more and more nuclear bombs to be dropped... and here, we keep lobbing them down at the hungry demon...

Sevendust has always been an amazing hardworking band. But for the first time, in my opinion, this is the greatest they've sounded because for once they don't have to focus on the production/engineering and everything that entails to making an album. More great music to come from these guys. They deserve every bit of success and more.

It's hilarious reading comments where people bash this band. They have made the album they want every time. No gimmick sound BS like Shinedown and the rest of the band's out there these days. I get it not everyone likes certain sounds or music. But these guys been doing this for 24 years now and haven't felt the need to sellout or write shit that makes them bigger. They love there core fans and they are fine being the band that they are. I'll support them everytime I get a chance. But some people just can't be pleased in anyway.

Damn.... They really made a epic tune here. Love how they just stuck with a melodic direction for the song without the use of heavy riffs. Sevendust never disappoints.

Been fortunate to have seen Sevendust twice in my time. They have always been one of my favorite bands. They just get it. There are few bands around anymore that are as original as these guys.
