Maam, i read khullam khulla....it was not salim khan, but javed akhtar who went upto Rishi kapoor while sitting in a restaurant and challenged about bringing forth amitabh bachchan and everyone's careers being set back by it... salim khans name has never come up in that book as far as these challenges were concerned....khullam khulla is one of the most entertaining, informative and fun autiobiographies that i have read.... please correct me if i am wrong....
