We have a fixed rate, but the 16 years since we built our home our mortgage has gone up $600. $270 of that in just the last 16 months, because of insurance and property taxes. We’ve never filed a claim.

Yup from 2200 just this month may went up to 3400 a month cause of school tax my wife is a teacher she doesent even get pay there salary suck i get pay more than her 😂😂😂😂😂😂😊

If you live in Texas it is impossible for your taxes to increase that much if you have a homestead exception. What you got was the appraisal letter that is not a tax bill.
