i saw something similar, one time i was going for a walk and it looked as if the moon was coming down really low and it had that type of glow. Can anyone explain? when I say low it looked like really low like i could reach out to it

When the full moon rises it looks short and bigger, the reddish orange color rises and then gradually becomes small, yellowish white

@@dimasabydarmawan that’s correct, the colour and the compression is due to the thick atmosphere. The size is just an optical illusion because when is low your brain compares it to the subjects around and depending on your distance from that subject the further back you go the bigger it will look, when is up in the sky instead, there is nothing to compare it to and the sky is huge,

@@betula2137 That's a myth. The moon is not upside down compared to the northern hemisphere. What's truly amazing is what it does each day that nobody seems to notice. Pay attention to it long enough and maybe you'll see it.
