Ever since that switch flipped in me ,that Dolla STARTED me on. I then found rappers like R.I.P Young Dolph, Nipsey Hussle who i been rocking with since Day 1, and Tha Jacka.

I'm 43 years old and thhe only rap I really listened to was my generation. I found your page watching your video on Merlin Santana and decided to watch a few more and came across this one. The name was familiar due to me watching Love & Hip Hop and watching Scrapp and his family discuss Dolla tearfully. Didn't even know he was the guy from the song "Who tf is That". Jumped off this video and listened to a few songs as well as his freestyle on Rap City. Georgia Nights had me in tears. Very young and extremely talented😢 Very heartbreaking story.. Gone waaay too soon🙏🏾

I don't know. I normally would agree, but the man was brutally jumped not too long before this by Dolla's crew in the ATL and they did follow him out the restaurant. The probability was high that the same thing would happened again or worse. In the jury's eye, Aubrey was probably eliminating the threat. And in the moment, he didn't know if Dolla or his crew were running to get weapons of their own or not. I don't think no one can deny that he was acting out of warranted fear for his life. That's what I'm thinking the jury's reasoning was for the not guilt verdict.

@@placeface76 I'm shocked he was found not guilty. I did expect a hung jury/mistrial though. While it really came down to a good defense, I can see why they let him walk due to the previous jumping and Dolla's crew following him out the restaurant and he was alone again. It was highly likely he would get the same beat down or worse. Where I thought he messed up though is not having a license to carry in California. Guess the jury didn't factor that in.

I know you're a chic so you probably never had any real beef before but when Dolla left he may not have been following them at all and if they both parked valet the fact that he was there at that moment was probably just another crazy coincidence, let me explain. If I'm out and see a dude I roughed off and I know that he saw me too and then I see him get up and leave I'm going to leave right behind him also. Not necessarily because I'm looking for smoke but because I don't want to get smoked. Dudes have crazy pride and egos, since I don't know if he's going to get a gun or not and if I didn't have one on me, it's time to go. His death sounded like fate on some final destination ish. He probably wasn't even on dudes heels and the guy was a nerd fr so he was probably mad shook and on hyper alert after being victimized so many times and so he didn't even wait to see what it was hitting for and when he got to court because he's smart he told a better story and well as the saying goes, another day another Dolla when dealing with our culture.😢

@@FordFitness334IDK if his people set him up but probably talking too much. I do speculate that Aubrey being from LA & Dolla’s girlfriend also from LA knew each other more than what Dolla may have known. Somebody told Aubrey enough info for him to be where he needed to be for it to look like a coincidence especially for a lesser charge. Taking an industry meeting and you’re from LA you’re not going to PF Chang. They would’ve been at the Ivy, Nobu, or Crusteans if in Beverly Hills etc. To take a meeting and go out of the way to be at the Beverly Center was suspect. One thing about California dudes they are the Kings of the “Getting Even” and they don’t miss. If one ever walk away or get quiet (non chalant) please know a funeral is coming. He knew when he left that restaurant first that they would follow and he was ready. Nobody carrying guns in CA because it’s a mandatory 7 years and he knew that. Just like he knew they would follow behind him into that ambush. He already had the play set up. The only mistake they made was to not have security from the restaurant walk out with one of his staff/friends to make sure he left the parking lot. He declined those 9 years because he knew he was an employed, college graduate with a clean record. But truth be told they were probably cut from the same cloth one just hid his game (street) better.
