The 2HP > LP Headbutt whiff > 2HP can be done to all characters at all ranges, you just have to delay the 2nd 2HP a bit

How do you combo F+MP into a headbutt if the headbutt needs to be charged??

Charge headbutt, then quickly do f+MP and then up+punch.

I just disagree with the assessment. Urien has at least 5 options, a few of which go into massive damage. That's not subpar to me.

How usable are they in most situations? Can you easily react with them, like Necalli for example. The answer to that is no, Urien cannot. He has to spend a lot of time just to master that element of his gameplay. You're being rather clueless here.

Urien's HK works as a decent, but prone to trades, mid range anti-air and as a good crossup anti-air. cr.HP works as a good and rewarding mid range anti-air. f.MP works as a good neutral jump and long range anti-air. Headbutt/Tackle with armor work as great long-mid range anti-air with enough frames to beat delayed divekicks. You can also do them pretty late and still be ok thanks to the armor. Super is just pure anti-air. Any aegis can be used as an anti-air for multiple situations, especially neutral jumps. Ex. Headbutt can be used as a decent mid rage anti-air. Even HP can be used as a strangely good long range anti-air. I'm not even gonna list air-to-airs, but he has a bunch. You just need to be prepared for the jump in most of these situations since his quickest anti-air would be super, that activates in 6 frames. So I'd say Urien has every tool he needs to deal with anti-airs, but it's not free as Necalli's jab. But then again, most of the cast doesn't have that. In comparison, Bison and Vega have 1 or two grounded anti-airs and some air-to-airs and they don't do damage. So they have fucking nothing. In conclusion, he's got decent anti-airs, some are free (if you have armor or ex), most you need to be prepared. If you're not prepared, you'll use either cr.HP, HK or f.MP.

vskill headbutt is the best anti air move. find places to charge where your opponent doesnt think you are it leads to quit a few options
