You can always do the red container rules - yes, Immolator buff can make riskrunner minigun blaze of glory. It’s shooting firebomb at this point

By the way, if I didn't remember it wrong, immolator can "enchant" riskrunner's bullets when using the fire storm ability (the one that gives teammates and immolator fire buffs ) and give its bullets flame that ignites enemies. Same goes for any gun.

i recommend lone wolf for the maximum hipfire accuracy but the increased recoil control is enough to not need professional. reliable can be swapped out for paranoid to shoot semi-autos much faster. oh yeah and riskrunner minigun ability can be buffed by immolator

How 2 to be good arbiter: 1 - Have skill in basic gameplay that every perk does. Basically don't die like an idiot, manage rations and resources and etc. 2 - 60 bpm metronome on loop(protip: lower game's volume to hear metronome better)
