I have done a bunch of testing 4 DDA's vs 3 DDA's + 1 Omni-directional Tracking Enhancer. I believe the the 3 DDA+Omni is better, even though dps drops a small amount you will be able to apply noticeably better, leading to faster clear time for anoms etc. Admittedly there is not a huge amount in it. Anyway, just a suggestion.
