mehhh not really felt Devlin since like 2011-12. I personally think he was in his absolute prime when he released "The Art of Rolling" (2008) but then he got signed in late 09 I think and had to start dumbing his flow down a little bit. His F64s were still hard but I think he's lost the flow he had in his prime, sadly.
