Good evening, everyone.
To those of you managing household chores, childcare, and work every single day-truly, you have my deepest respect.
Whether it’s balancing household responsibilities, work, or for some of you, raising children, I can only imagine how busy your days must be.
There are days when things don’t go well, when it feels like everything is one failure after another, or when you just feel like crying. I have those days too.
In moments like that, it’s easy to start blaming yourself or falling into negativity. But it’s precisely at those times that I want you to stay positive.
Today marks almost one month since I started posting videos daily. To be honest, the reason I began creating these videos and streams was because of those very thoughts.
By taking on challenges, sharing sounds that can soothe exhaustion, going on walks, writing in my notebook, or simply showing you a positive attitude, I hope to bring something meaningful to all of you.
More than anything, I want this channel to be a place you can always come back to, no matter what kind of day you’ve had. That’s the goal of my content.
So, when you feel like negativity is creeping in, I hope you’ll remember what I’ve said in this video:
Failures are just part of the process of growth-and proof that you’ve dared to take on a challenge.
There’s absolutely no need to blame yourself. Some days are just like that-let’s shrug them off and keep moving forward together.

매일 집안일, 육아, 일까지 정말 정말 고생이 많으세요.
집안일, 일, 그리고 어떤 분들은 육아까지… 얼마나 바쁜 하루하루를 보내고 계실지 생각하면 정말 존경스럽습니다.
때로는 일이 잘 안 풀리는 날도 있고, 실패만 계속되는 것 같은 날도 있으며, 눈물이 날 것 같은 날도 있죠. 저도 그런 날이 있습니다.
그런 날에는 자신을 탓하거나 부정적인 생각에 빠지기 쉬운데, 바로 그런 순간일수록 여러분이 긍정적으로 생각해주셨으면 좋겠습니다.
