wow okay i'm so late with this... like almost a year late yikes. my motivation for editing all round has been at an all time low and it didn't help that the content we got for the last eps was way different from what i was expecting. i thought there would be way more aftermath so this video has turned out a little different than planned but i worked with what was given.
anyways....
this is the second time around saying goodbye to the wests and it hasn't gotten any easier but it's been the biggest privilege to rewind the clocks and go back to the 70s-90s and watch this era of the wests and their gang.
outrageous fortune and westside will always hold a big part of my heart and i'll never be fully able to express how much i'll miss the wests and how much they mean to me. they've been such a massive part of my life growing up and its been strange readjusting back to a life without them.
i'm so proud of everyone involved in OF and westside, especially westside. these actors had to come in and portray characters that new zealand had already established connections with and play out their history, but they all did it so perfectly and i couldn't adore them enough!! and of course antonia, for being there since the first day right through to the last, 16 years later. new zealand really struck gold with this show and they'll forever be my favourite family. 💖
