Ingredients -
2 cup wheat flour
2 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp fine semolina
1 tsp salt
Coriander leaves
2 tsp clarified butter
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger
2 green chilli
1 onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp deggi mirch powder
1 capsicum
1 carrot
1 boiled potato
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
100 gm grated paneer
Clarified butter as required
