My toe to heel length is 23.5 cm / 9.25 inches. So are 70 stitches measuring 38cm/ 15 inches too long or too short? Must adjust to how many stitches?

May I have the dimensions? Your needle size no. 9 is US or UK? I wld like to know bec my needle size ( 6mm) and wool thickness might be different. So far, my 70 std measure Abt 38 cm /15 inches. What Abt yours?

Wool ki motaai pe depend karta hai ki salaai kaun si li jaaye. Agar wool moti hai to salaai moti hogi aur fande bhi kam lagenge. Patli wool ke liye patli salaai lagti hai aur usi hisaab se fande bhi badh jaate hen.
