The British are really down to earth and humble because they have culture and values. It isn't limited to just the British, It is most of Europe ( they have a deep rooted history of values amongst each other ) America lacks this for the simple fact, it was created yesterday and values change like clothing, with every season. Even the most ghetto of areas in Europe are no match for the Ghetto in some American neighborhoods. Even ghetto people in the UK are still respectful for the most part lol
