Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe of chicken skewers. With the start of the summer season, people love to grill outdoors with family and friends. This is the perfect recipe of grilled chicken with a lot of vegetables. I have used chicken breast, bell pepper and onion in this recipe. The chicken breast pieces are marinated with a lot of different spices and put together on the skewers with bell pepper, onions and cherry tomatoes. You can grease the grill pan and grill these chicken skewers at home or you can grill it outdoor on a coal or gas grill. It is super delicious to eat and very easy to make.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
450 gm chicken breast
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp paprika powder
½ tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1½ tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mustard oil
½ tsp sugar
some skewers
