My daily commute that never gets old. You definitely want to use the crosswalk on Manchester at the gas station, those on-ramps are dangerous to navigate. Before that bike path/bridge was created I would have to travel Manchester west to Cardiff which was playing bike sprint frogger with angry drivers trying to jockey for one south bound 5 on ramp lane. My other pet peeve is autos parking in bike lane at Torrey Pines waiting for parking. The best option there is just take the entire SB 101 car lane and make drivers wait for you to get your bike lane back.

Wow! You get to ride there every day?!

Yep! This is a a nice coastal recovery route. We were in the low mountains the day before below 3,000 feet which go up to 6,000 then we have the desert 🏜️ all within a bike ride 😉 - 12 months of riding weather with no rain 😂

How do you like the Vision wheels George?
@SeeYouUpTheRoadАй бұрын
@@snipercoder9778 they’re ok 👌 I mean they’re carbon wheels so the braking isn’t anywhere near as good as alloy wheels. I bought them years ago when I was building a lightweight climbing carbon bike. The free hub totally shit itself on a ride that sucked. They are NOT a sprinter’s wheelset either. They really only have light weight as a redeeming quality. I would never choose them for an epic ride but shorter rides around town they’re fine. So yeah they’re just ok.

As someone who lives outside of the San Diego area, I like seeing the local trails and more importantly the bakeries 🙂
