I believe the main reason was that Sidhu didn’t bend/cave in which was concerning to the gangsters because this makes them look weak and they had to show off their power/ego by killing him. Sidhu was not involved with any gang. Bambiha was killed in 2016 before Sidhu even released any song. Bambiha Song was written by Amrit Mann, Sidhu heard it and liked it and asked for a collab.
