Sir, but potential energy is defined for only Conservative forces then why do we include PE here for air friction, a non conservative force

PE is only defined for conservative forces. This question is application of modified Work Energy Theorem. Please watch video again, and you will notice that the work done again friction is loss in KE and PE.
