Why the resultant of vector C can't zero Explain this That the problem

I will explain with what I understood So here A and B is perpendicular so when two vector is perpendicular it's value is (0). but for C vector there's no another vector to consider it as perpendicular so it's value won't be 0. I Hope it was helpful
