First review I've seen of someone actually putting the product to work!

Yessir! As far as I'm concerned it's not a real review if we don't do *REAL WORK* on the product to truly test it out. I hope it helps you make an informed decision!

Hi how is your hip functioning at the moment because I saw you had FAI. I have had FAI for a few years and I am considering surgery although I do not have major symptoms. You decided to have surgery because physiotherapy did not help. Did you feel any pain?

Making the dip attachments to high is always better than making it to low. Stacking plates or steps to mount on it is always easier than digging a holde below you

Awesome review, just can't decided which machine to get, the major fitness B52 or this one, which one would you recommend ?
@EnkiriElite3 ай бұрын
They're pretty close. I give the edge to the pulley system on the ritfit M1. But I like the calisthenics station better on the B52. The smith machines are pretty close. And the B52 has longer safety arms. So it's a tough call, but that should help you decide!

@ tough choice, but considering the price difference I’ll lean towards the ritfit, thanks

For someone that isn’t a home gym whiz, is it obvious which exercise can be performed on this machine and how to set up for them or instructions that come with it?

Considering the amount you actually use the front rack holes for pins and j cups, how do you feel about the holes being 4 inches apart? Seems like a lot of potential hole placements are missing compared to a normal squat rack for instance. I currently have the Titan T2 rack which is also 1” holes in 14 gage steel. The hole spacing is 2” on center so there are a lot more options for setting j cups and safeties…would be interested in your thoughts?

Yeah, that's one of my big gripes with both the Major Fitness racks and the RitFit ones as well. I love the versatility they provide, but I want more pins options specifically for the reasons you stated! I have raised this idea with the RitFit rep I talk to, and they have actually taken my feedback into account on multiple product updates so far. They haven't made more holes yet though. But maybe one day! The wider hole spacing here is the reason I still keep that old Valor Fitness rack on hand in my gym, because the hole spacing is only 2 inches which provides a lot more options for pin work.
@NYSports1423 күн бұрын
@ I admittedly do not do pin work. I am considering the Ritfit to replace my Titan T2 rack and my single cable tower, but the spacing concerns me. In your opinion, do you get more out of the Ritfit or would you keep the Titan rack and wait for the next Ritfit model hoping they make the update to the holes?

Aluminum pulleys will definitely last longer but also eat up your cables instead. The best thing to do is put aluminum pulleys on the ends of the cables and plastic for the others.

What do you mean by that ?? I plan on getting these i had the rubber on a lat pull down machine pulley start tearing showing cable thiught maybe alluminum pulleys would fix that since those were plastic

Question! I have the buffalo which is the smaller albeit beefy version but when you say it’s 400 pounds per side do you mean both pegs for the police or 400 pounds for each pack? Does that make sense or do I sound stupid? Lol

Yo Alec, man you inspired me to do the 20 rep squat program but I had a question. Can I use front squats instead of back squats or are back squats reccomended?
@EnkiriElite3 ай бұрын
Back squats will be more productive

what you think leads to most neck growth outside of training it directly? ty

I’d say shrugs, but if you wanna grow the neck you should really be isolating it

Hey brother i need your help, since about 1week i got some rear delt pain and are not able to move my 17rm on the reverse pec dec, i just cant for even 1 rep and its hurt. My doc said tendon insertion overextension, because of my hart training ( i am german i guess its like tendinitis? ) she give me ibuprofen for 1 week and said i shouldnt train my whole upper body maybe for minimum 1 weekbeven longer, but i just got pain on pulldowns and especially rear delt movements. rows, arms side delts are pain free while training them atleast and my push session relativ pain free. What should i do? How long i need to train normal again with pullups pulldowns? And should i even completely rest?

I’ve been saving up to buy the major fitness all in one so me and the wife can cancel our gym membership after hearing you and some other internet bros review it. Now you go and confuse me with this ritfitt business Which one do I want as the basis of my home gym; planning to add a few other things later on down the line. The woman needs fancy smith machine and pulley attachments and all that crap I’ll prolly barely use.

I have purchased products from both ritfit and major fitness. Ritfit's customer service is excellent, major's service is nonexistent
