This Little Busters Jump version kicks really well when you finished the Visual Novel Little Busters, all endings and Refrain mode. All the gang going to enjoy their last summer together on the beach. Missed this game; this Visual Novel setup the MC in a looping Spring. You as a viewer can control their fate and release them in this never ending "refrain"

Super late but pretty sure that's just one of the covers for one of the many LB! manga volumes (there's several different mangas). You can clearly see Enterbrain's logo in the picture and they are responsible for tha anthology collections of most of the manga for Little Busters.

原作は良かった、なのにアニメの作画が酷すぎて一話で切った。 CLANNADで目が肥えてしまったってのもあるが………
