@@Vvytchfynder That's honestly the best way to listen to this record. The musical material isn't really that interesting; it's the escalating ritual atmosphere that makes this record a good listen. Production along with the sloppiness of the playing and the passionate vocals makes the record move about in a threatening and unpredictable way, like a serpent. I do get why people would consider it mediocre though, I did that for the first couple of listens myself.
