Aslam o Alaikum Sir pichly 2 sall say mera average platelets count 60k-80k kay darmyan hay. 1 month Oxymetholon kay bad Main last 5 month say Amorin par hn platelets still 60k par stuck hy Par sath sath rash or minor red dot appear ho rahy hyn, sath fatigue, cramps, memory issue, ho rahy hyn, aksar body heat feel hoti hay kesy fever jo but actual fever show nai hota.

60 is quite a handsome level in ITP. Ignore spots and dots. Build up your vitB12, folic acid, pyridoxine, calcium, iron and vitD levels. Consult local doctor or pharmacist for locally available medication
