it was a really terrible experience,thieves are rampant in this hotel and i began to suspect the service people have connections with the evil people outside.My friend and stay in this hotel on 15th,Dec.,on the next day morning,we found our hand bag on the floor by the window,we still did not realise that some thieves slip into our room.when we were having breakfast,some of our coworkers report us that their money was missing .then we check our purse.and our money was gone.my purse was with me all the time so i am sure the thieves broke into our room when we were fast sleeping.it was extremely dangerous for us girls.if we were woken up,maybe our lives will be threatened.i advise that girls had better not choose this hotel.i thought the experience there was a nightmare for me.i lost my money and my privacy.also,the managers in the hotel are not willing to take responsibility for that.they just hold that we should put our money in the safety case.but we think this is a five star hotel.the security are ensured.however,i was very disappointed.
