Jay is like Chris Robinson, Jim Morrison and Robert Plant all morphed into one being. Loving what I have heard from this band so far. Not gonna lie, I first heard Pressure and Time on a truck commercial, had to find out who the band is, happy I did.

This performance is mind blowing !!!! They are still kicking arse in 2023 , still magical and and exciting, performers , Jay Buchanan is in his mid 40s now and still killing it vocally , i dont think you ever lose it when you mean it from your entire soul and no one means it like him , outstanding vocalist , what a gift. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

A Ka A former Jazz singer that the lead player lured into this lineup after hearing him in a Long Beach club. Check their tune Good Things Happen. He shines!

I also love the bass player. He knows he is the shit. Yeah, he knows he does not look like some fucking pretty boy. He just knows he is in the best G-d Damn band in the world and he doesn't have to play 10 raised to the 1000th power of notes like a mother f@ckin prog band. Just stay in the pocket and play a simple fill when the rest of the band shuts up. One cool dude. Also, that drummer says it all with that tiny little drum set. You know you're good when you aren't hiding behind a 20 piece drum set. This performance is no thrills hit you in the face pure tasty rock n roll. It's what the Stones would have been in the 1969 - 71 era if Jagger was less prancy, Richards drank Red Bull instead of booze, and Mick Taylor stuck to his guns.

The bass player looks like Dwight Schrute from The Office , but you're right, he definitely stays within his own , nothing fancy.... just good ol' rock and roll , fantastic band , should be bigger than they are

@@krw5328That was the bass players last album with the band. He hated the road. Their current bass player for about a dozen years now is superb
