Yes, it syncs with Apple Health. You need to give the QRing the permission to write and read the Data

I just checked the app and the smallest interval is 5 minutes. Max is 60 minutes, or you can turn it off by choosing "close" for Full-day Heart Rate.

It will just count steps unless you start the activity from the app.
