Synch it with your phone. It gets the time from your phone.

Fahrenheit is in the app click on the watch and the top corner and something like more settings and you can make everything imperial milligrams per deciliter. It’s quite customizable there at least with my version of software.

GOOD NEWS....received replacement F57 watch...works great now. 5 stars so far. Some times the calling feature will disconnect and you would need to open phone agsin....but My name brand phones would do that too.. I like the sleeping Spo2 that records it on watch and phone. I guess there is an ECK Model which I want to get next. All health watches should have these features now.

I got the F57 watch you talked about in another video....First day I had it everything worked great....it monitored oxygen level during sleep from 12 to 7 and stored it on the watch the next day on the graph.......but then it suffered what I call a catastrophic failure as the GREEN LED no longer worked, the most important part of the watch, then I noticed it would not stay connected to Bluetooth so they was no calling or message anymore and a few minutes later I noticed it would not just go to sleep after 6 seconds but instead would turn off completely... everytime...and finally I thought resetting it to factory might help but after doing that at least 30 times I found it would not clear personal data on it and would not even reset it. I I'm returning it to Amazon......I thought I would try a seconds watch from them and see if it works.. if it does I will remove my review from them. Hopefully it was just a fluke the first time since this watch does looked good and I found the BP monitor more accurate then my other watches.
