Thank you, after 3 days of tinkering I found how to uncap my framerates. Faulty MSI I think. Closed it and all good.

yo bro i have an issue, msi burner doesnt show in my task bar but i have it installed. and when i try to uninstall the app it says servers are running. how do i close it

CTRL-R -> services.exe Check list of services if you find something you can stop.
