Very well timed upload as LEGO release the official Rivendell now, and interesting to see some similarities. I noticed these aren't official LEGO pieces, but with the price of current parts, I'm not surprised people are moving away from it. What is the price of this unofficial part MOC compared to the official?

This isn't microscrale it's an almost perfect scale compared to the upcoming Lego Set, which is too small in size but too big in scale compared to the Minifigures.
