It does have a better value proposition than the Ultra Violette, so the ex employees have learnt something from their experience :)... Also the generous storage and unpretentious design would help it stand out from the usual suspects - Ola and Ather. This is a nice practical EV for city use without trying to appear cool and sacrifice features.

If this is being targeted as a Utility scooter then makes sense to have a firm suspension to allow better ride when carrying higher load.

It's not marketed as utility scooter like E-luna or other cheap utility scooters. It's being marketed marketed as a premium practical scooter that can be do the job if needed

These people are still keep on changing their words . i booked on July 2023 . Till now, it is not confirmed when they are going to deliver ?? There customer care number will be not reachable most of the times. The peraon who is receiving the call will always in hurry. She will ask you to wait for sometime. But the sometime will never come. Literally pathetic experience. This is the situation now. How they will give after service….??? The delivery location is keep on changing . They will try to bloop the customer by telling the technician terms, but not the delivery details… pathetic experience

@@bapujibariki This is a new company, and such issues are expected. I would say give River another 5-6 years to become a better brand. For now I'd suggest that you cancel your booking and get as much refund as possible, and then go for a much more reliable and reputed brand. If you let me know your requirements, I could perhaps give you some suggestions.

Even if I overlook the ugly handle bar assembly, this won't reach North India before mid 2025. Far too small a company to reach every nook and corner of this large country. Even Ather, who are in business since 2018, opened their store in my city only 5 months ago. And I have seen only 1 or 2 Athers in Chandigarh in these 5 months. Ola and TVS are aplenty here.
