River Mersey Cod Fishing at Columbus Quay Otterspool - Sea Fishing for Codling - My biggest cod 2022

This video is a trip to the river mersey Liverpool for another sea fishing session, we are targeting cod or codling, but as ever any fish will do.
We start at the woodside ferry terminal area to fish a short time on a not so secret fishing mark known as cod corner its on the wirral side & known to hold good fish at times.
After gathering our fresh fishing bait, in this case by pumping lug worm at an area known as Derby Pool. Its followed up by the main session at Columbus Quay just up from Otterspool where we catch fish.
We show you a few different things in the video including the U-Boat Storey near where we fished, the city bathed in sunlight, the mersey ferry & a shark egg sack attached to some seaweed. Oh & fishing too.
