River open day fishing, on the River Ouse York

Early season river fishing is about as good as it gets, I'm on the river Ouse above York on a free to fish section, you join me on an early morning session on the opening day of the season hoping for some big bream and plenty of Roach, let's see what happened and how the session developed.

Hi Scott, You've reminded me of the first time I tried my expensive new braid line for feeder fishing. On the second or third cast I cracked the feeder off along with the top 3 inches of my quiver tip. Talk about adding injury to insult! Anyway excellent video regards Fred

@@Scottsoutdoorchannel always made sure to do that on a gravel pit in East field that had a good roach head, but was choc full of pike, heading to Claxton today, hopefully no pike there!

Hi, I'm not sure to be fair, YDAA do have some sections on there but I'm not a member of York anymore, their website will have the info though.
