Two nights ago I had a dream about River. I was with my friends somewhere in downtown Hollywood, and we got lost. While my friends asked for directions, I saw him leaning against the wall watching everyone walk by. I didn't realize it was him at first, but I was really drawn to the jacket he was wearing.... it was one of those authentic nineties denim jackets with a few pins on them, so I walked up and told him I really liked it. He was very laid back, and he said thank you. He was really kind to me, because I was obsessed with it! As we talked I recognized his face, but I was calmer staring into his eyes. It's like.... he knew... that I knew who he was... and was okay with it. A few minutes went by as we talked, and my friend yelled behind me, "who are you talking to?" And I said "I'm talking to River!" And when I turned around he was gone. Earlier that day I learned about him, and I was so sad that I wrote a letter asking why he left, and that I wish I could've known sooner. A part of me wonders if it was just wishful thinking, or that river actually visited me.... spirits, no matter if they were famous or not are free to come and go as they please, and at times walk among normal people like you and I. It's possible. I wrote a letter to him and I wonder if this was his response.....

Sabrina Locke your story makes me feel like I'm not crazy omg I thought I was the only one. My story is a little bit different, but it's still pretty similar. So right after I discovered who River was and started watching some of his stuff, I was going through a tough time and, as lame as it sounds, this one night I was crying myself to sleep. I felt so defeated, depressed and empty when all of the sudden my whole body got warm and it felt like someone was laying down next to me and holding me in their arms. River's face flashed in my mind and i was convinced somehow it was actually him, but I've always felt like it was a stupid thing to even think was possible. I'm so glad I'm not the only one that has had an experience like this.
