A new river certified video on my 19th birthday, on the 19th. Thank you for making the best fishing videos. There is no fishing youtuber that I could watch videos on repeat everyday. Keep being awesome man, I aspire to make as good of videos as you do one day. Stay great, Spencer.

@1982MCI3 жыл бұрын
What part of Iowa ya in cowboy?? I used to live in a tiny town called oxford which is about 8 miles west of Coralville right off I-80. I used to fish the Iowa river a lot and my buddy had a cabin on the reservoir on the north side of Coralville. We caught a ton of cats around the spillway there on the NE edge of town on the Iowa river, was always a good spot to catch cats!! Take care buddy, be safe out there!

Like the new video and them two cats were sparkley. I mean that's a rare thing for you guys to get away from home and hook up proper. I'm so proud of you two crazy kids. I need me one of them nets with the Neverending handles. Would come in handy fishing 🎣 with the wife. So smokes a big mother and I'm half a stroke patient so I can't help to much anymore but that net would make the difference. Gotta get me a River Certified net Spencer

Have you used the bumpn rod just bank fishing? That's what I do but I was wondering if i am missing out by not using just the regular model (sensitivity wise)
@RiverCertified3 жыл бұрын
It will definitely work for bank fishing, especially for blue cats because they hit the bait hard. If you need a rod with a light tip for sluggish cats, it's not ideal. Hope that helps!

Nice fish my guy , just curious why we let the big guys go? Even the 10lbers ?
@attitudeadjusted90273 жыл бұрын
We bump at times and you may want to bump slower between bumps. There's long sections of pea gravel bars on the missouri thats our favorite for bumping. They get like a washboard with two to three foot pockets behind each one. They usually slam it when it bumps down the backside of the downstream side or at the bottom of each trough. Big inline spinners ahead of the bait actually works better at times for some reason. Oddly enough those same gravel washboards hold walleye in January and February and we usually catch our biggest blues walleye fishing bumping inline spinners with chubs behind em. Great vid my friends. Big river fishing isn't like in other kind. Keep your powder dry and your pantry stocked young man 💪😎.
