Maybe you could go to your gp, they can prescribe medicine that can control sebum production. I am sure it’s just a temporary state, I had really bad acne when I was 15 but I stopped eating junk and I don’t have any now. Touch wood. But they come back when I eat junk food so yeah. Lily Ochoa genetics is a part. But I’ve watched this person on here who cleared her skin by finding out what material and food allergens were irritating her skin. She stopped using certain soaps and perfumes, and she also cut a lot of things out of her diet. She cleared up her cystic acne by doing that. So it’s a lot of different factors.
